Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your bare nails. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept nails that have been worn, applied, or used with glue or adhesive tabs.
How to return
- Contact us through the Contact page on our website (barestudio.com.au/pages/contact) with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Once your return is approved, we'll send you our returns address in Australia.
- Send the item(s) back to us. Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.
Items sent back without first contacting us won't be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds cover the price of the returned product(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including the shipping you paid when placing your order.
